Steward Health Care International appoints Rayet Harb as new CEO in Colombia
Steward International is pleased to announce the appointment of Rayet Harb as the new CEO of Steward Healthcare International Colombia. Ms Harb, a highly experienced and skilled healthcare leader, assumes her role in August and will be responsible for overseeing Steward's portfolio in the Colombia market.
Ms Harb most recently served as COO of Zentria Group in Colombia, a healthcare vertical of Patria Investments, one of the leaders in alternative asset management in Latin America. Ms Harb has extensive experience in managing various healthcare sectors, including insurance, hospitals, clinical laboratories, pharmaceutical units, and other complementary and specialised service units. She has been involved in all stages of management, from the design of expansion plans and market research, financial and operational management, clinical and care management processes, quality and patient experience, physical infrastructure, and provision of medical equipment.
Ms Harb brings twenty-five years of clinical and operational expertise in the USA and Latin America markets. Having held senior executive positions in Colombia, USA, and Mexico, she has served at Keralty Group as the CEO of Sanitas USA and the CEO of Keralty Mexico, leading the expansion of the group in both countries. Ms Harb started her career in the world of Health Care at Colsanitas and Clinica Colsanitas, where she ultimately held the role of Administrative and Operations Vice President. In this position, she worked on the optimisation of processes, guiding plans and projects, and monitoring budget execution.
Ms Harb holds a degree in Systems Engineering from the Universidad del Norte. She has a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Digital Transformation from Esden Business School. She also has studies and certifications in healthcare institutions accreditation, financial management, executive development, and private equity funds.
