Steward Middle East
Expansion and development in Saudi Arabia
Steward Middle East has a regional presence in Dubai and Riyadh. In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Steward International partners with leading infrastructure company Alfanar under an umbrella for a KSA-based joint venture, Steward alf Global. Steward alf Global offers a full range of services from designing and building new facilities through to clinical operations, typically in partnership with government and para-governmental entities.

In 2022, Steward International partnered with The Red Sea Development Company
to provide clinical services to what will become the world’s largest regenerative tourism project. The Red Sea Development is entirely owned by Saudi Arabia’s sovereign wealth fund, the Public Investment Fund (PIF). The development will eventually comprise more than 50 unique luxury resorts, while keeping the environment and sustainability at the forefront of the project.
Steward International is responsible for the planning of emergency services, and the design and operations of a brand new hospital and clinics serving the future Red Sea Development community. The remote nature of this facility provides a challenge that Steward International is well equipped to meet.
The Red Sea project cements Steward International’s position as a leader in global health care. Steward International’s world-class standard of care will form an integral part of the facilities in this pioneering, luxury development in the Middle East.
