With over 20 years of experience in health care around the world, Dr Ernst brings expertise in traditional and innovative delivery systems and extensive managerial experience. A Harvard-trained and globally recognised physician and teacher, Dr Ernst leads Steward’s international expansion.
Iñigo Gomez-Jordana
General Counsel
Iñigo Gomez-Jordana is a Spanish lawyer with over 25 years of international experience in corporate law and corporate finance law. One of the leading practitioners in the field, Iñigo has been the managing partner and the senior partner of leading international law firms and advised on takeovers, private equity acquisitions, mergers and demergers and the full spectrum of corporate finance transactions.

José de Hoyos is a Spanish finance executive who brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and financial controlling with in-depth experience in complex multinational environments and managing cross-functional teams.
Nadine Delicata MD, MBA, MPH
Chief Operating Officer
Dr Delicata is a Maltese medical professional who graduated as a Doctor of Medicine and Surgery from the University of Malta followed by specialisation in Public Health and an MBA from Maastricht University. Nadine has more than 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the Maltese health system, including EU and international exposure, legislation, population health programmes and policy, hospital management, and financial and strategic planning.
Miroslav Boyanov

Miroslav Boyanov is a Corporate Finance and Business Development executive with 20 years’ diverse experience in healthcare finance and public accounting.
Miroslav has held various roles in M&A and corporate finance, including Senior Director at IASIS Healthcare, a $3 billion company. His early career is comprised of roles at companies such as Essent Healthcare, and PwC. Miroslav possesses extensive experience in strategic planning, M&A, and corporate finance, making him a well-rounded leader in healthcare development.
Michael Davis
President, Steward Health Care Middle East
Michael Davis is an American healthcare executive who brings more than 35 years of clinical, operational, and corporate executive leadership experience to Steward Healthcare International. He most recently served as the COO, then CEO of the largest private provider of healthcare in the Middle East. Having lived and worked in the UAE since 2013, Michael has extensive knowledge of the MENA region’s healthcare landscape and has managed operations and M&A strategy across the full continuum of care.
Rayet Harb
President, Steward Health Care Colombia
Ms Harb brings twenty-five years of clinical and operational expertise in the USA and Latin America markets. Having held senior executive positions in Colombia, USA, and Mexico, she has served at Keralty Group as the CEO of Sanitas USA and the CEO of Keralty Mexico. Ms Harb holds a degree in Systems Engineering from the Universidad del Norte. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Digital Transformation from Esden Business School.

Paoline Beltrán is a professional with a background in Human Resources and over 15 years’ experience in managing CEOs’ offices and corporate areas. Her career comprises high-responsibility roles in sectors such as investment banking, real estate, and consulting. Paoline is an expert in creating and managing structures that maximize the efficiency of the executive team, aligning with strategic priorities, and optimising information flow. She has worked for prominent companies like JV20, KPMG, Alantra, and LVMH.
